Hydraulic Cone Crusher

This hydraulic cone crusher was a new optimized designed product based on advanced concepts. It is with excellent crushing frequency  eccentricity, the crushed materials which are less than the closed side can go up to 80%, which significantly increase the processing capability of the subsequent step. The application of laminating crushing theory greatly improves the shape the crushed particles.

注：1、表中处理能力与给料粒度、破碎腔型、物料密度、物料清洁度、水份含量等因素有关。。

2、Z小排料口指不引起支承跳动所能实现的Z小排料口，这与物料有关，这个排料口是可变的。

3、处理能力等参数是指开路流程条件下，物料抗压强度为140-150Mpa,水份不大于4%,给料均匀，过 大粒度和过小粒度均不大于10%,电机负荷在满载的85%-90%时。

Notes:

1 .The processing capacity is suject to the type of crushing cavity, size,character,purity  moisture of raw materials.

2.The minimum discharging opening means the minimum opening which the supporter can bear  the discharging opening is adjustable.

3.The technical parameters above are on the basis of standard working condition, with the materials' conpressive strength 140-150Mpa, moisture less than 4%,feeding evenly with escessive large  small materials less than 10% respectively,  with the charge of motor during 85%-90% of full loaded.
