  我公司系列集料整形反击式破碎机是本公司针对高等级公路集料生产过程中普遍存在着针片状含量高、粒形差难以控制的状况，而超新研制的一种既替代反击式破碎机、又将对集料进行有效整形的新型破碎机械。

  产品广泛用于多种类型、规格的高等级公路面层集料加工、整形（出料粒度可随意调节）。与同等生产功效的反击破相比，能耗可降低40%，集料针片状含量可降低8个百分点以上，保障针片状含量符合有关技术指标要求。产品广泛适用于玄武岩、石灰岩、河卵石、花岗岩等各种物料的破碎加工与整形。

  该产品集破碎与整形于一体，具有体积小、效率高、能耗低、出料粒形好、操作方便等优良特点。

注：1、机器处理能力受诸多因素影响：给料的物理机械性质、给料的形状、粒度大小、给料方式。

2、本机标定的性能参数，以抗压强度80-100MPa岩石堆为准。
